Responsibilities
- Develops the company's strategic plans to ensure the continued growth plans and profitability objectives.
- Responsible for the analysis and recommendations related to emerging industry trends, expansion opportunities including mergers and acquisitions, competitive threats, viability of outside business partners, venture capital sources, internal business performance and business process improvement.
- Track and manage all commercial aspects of the account, including pricing, tooling, and piece price negotiations.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Manage engineering changes and secure necessary cost adjustments.
- Support new program launches to ensure deliverables meet customer timelines.

- Ability to understand manufacturing processes (stamping, casting, molding, etc.).

Skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis) and PowerPoint (executive presentations).
- Technical Understanding: Ability to understand manufacturing processes (stamping, casting, molding, etc.).
- Prefer experience directly with OEM's Fluent written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication skills Proven experience with automotive OEM purchasing processes and supply chain logistics.
