Responsibilities

  • Support the Foundation and Community teams with administrative coordination
  • Manage team calendars and coordinate internal and external meetings across teams, leaders, and community stakeholders
  • Assist with planning and executing events that support the Office of Inclusion & Community and the Foundations
  • Partner with Facilities to maintain the Foundation and Community team office building and address facilities concerns as they arise
  • Manage office inventory, place supply orders, monitor department subscriptions, and help address technology-related requests
  • Maintain organized records through data entry, tracking, file organization, and administrative support for ongoing team initiatives
  • Ability to self-manage, prioritize assignments across teams and functional areas, and meet multiple deadlines with accountability
  • Discretion in handling confidential matters and demonstrated ability to interact with and support senior leaders
  • Willingness to support Foundation and Community events outside office hours and travel occasionally to New York City for meetings and events
  • Support for employee-led affinity groups representing women, people of color and the LGBT+ community

Requirements

  • This exciting opportunity offers you the ability to work within a highly collaborative team across multiple organizations, where no two days are the same.
  • Bachelor's or Associates degree from an accredited university
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Compensation

  • The annual base salary range for this role is $75,000-$85,000 (USD), which does not include overtime compensation, discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package.
