About the role
- ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Site Supervisor assists with planning, execution, and finalization of construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- FER-PAL will remain the predominant player in pipe rehabilitation - now and in the future.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the development of project plans and associated communications documents.
- Proactively manage project dependencies, changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans.
- Manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Recognize and develop business relationships critical to the success of the project.

Requirements
- Must have minimum 2 years previous construction project experience.
- Minimum two years of experience working in a trade-related environment (preferably outdoor trades).
