About the role

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Site Supervisor assists with planning, execution, and finalization of construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
FER-PAL will remain the predominant player in pipe rehabilitation - now and in the future.

Assist with the development of project plans and associated communications documents.
Proactively manage project dependencies, changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans.
Manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Recognize and develop business relationships critical to the success of the project.

Must have minimum 2 years previous construction project experience.
Minimum two years of experience working in a trade-related environment (preferably outdoor trades).

Ensure Health & Safety legislated guidelines and company safety policies are adhered to
Post-secondary education in related field.
