Requirements

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, frequently required to walk
- Prior experience with MICROS a plus.
- Valid Louisiana Responsible Vendor Server's Permit required

- The Bartender is responsible for consistently delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the hotel by accomplishing performance objectives covering the social venues of the hotel.
- Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
- Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials.
- Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
- Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol.
