About the role
- Job Description: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS 1.
- Operates hand tools, power tools, equipment, machinery and vehicles in a competent and safe manner, using appropriate safeguards and safety equipment.
- Fabricates metal/wood walls in new and old construction environment; hang and finish drywall; prime and paint wall surfaces, install and repair flooring, install and repair ceiling tiles.
Requirements
- Requests, inventories, picks up and delivers equipment and supplies required for project completion, ensuring efficient use of materials and resources.
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
- Advanced knowledge of applicable fields of maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
- Ability to use hand and power tools related to maintenance tasks.
- Considerable bending, stooping, and standing required in performing routine job tasks.
Nice to have
- Two plus years of trade or maintenance experience.
