About the role
- You'll be the operational backbone for our founders and the office.
- This is a high-urgency, high-autonomy role: things change by the hour, and we need someone who handles them without being chased.
Responsibilities
- Executive support and coordination
- Manage and protect the founders' calendars, prioritize competing requests, and resolve conflicts quickly.
- Own domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, last-minute changes, and rebooking.
- Source, negotiate with, and manage vendors for events and office needs.
- Support recruiting coordination, candidate visits, and interview logistics.
- Partner with the founders and broader team on special projects and ad hoc initiatives.
- At Dyna Robotics, we build technology for the real world, which requires a team as diverse as the environments our robots inhabit.
Nice to have
- 3+ years of experience in executive support, executive operations, or a similarly fast-paced role.
- Experience in tech startups, venture capital, investment banking, or consulting is a plus.
