Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and delivery of presentations at academic and scientific meetings, including regional conferences and grand rounds, ensuring content aligns with company goals.

Requirements
- Typically requires a university degree and 5 years of related experience
- 3 years and a Master's degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Employee may be required to lift routine office supplies and use office equipment.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- A background screening including criminal history is required for this role.

- Basic knowledge or experience in medical science, oncology, or a related field.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% to meet with healthcare providers, attend events, and conferences.

- Hybrid Work Model: This section is applicable to onsite employees who are eligible for hybrid work location as specified by management and related policies. Guardant has defined days for in-person/onsite collaboration and work-from-home days for individual-focused time. All U.S. employees who live within 50 miles of a Guardant facility will be required to be onsite on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
