About the role
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, customer service, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee project scope, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications.
- Identify opportunities to improve service levels, reduce costs, and mitigate operational risk.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of office facilities, building systems, utilities, and workplace services.
- Ensure a high-quality workplace experience for employees, visitors, and business partners.
- Support business continuity, emergency preparedness, and operational reliability across the campus.
- Lead facilities personnel, contractors, and service providers.
- Manage facility renovations, infrastructure projects, workplace enhancements, and capital investments.
- Develop long-term infrastructure, asset lifecycle, and capital replacement plans to support operational reliability and business needs.
- Partner closely with the HPC Data Center Facilities Manager and team on shared infrastructure, utilities, emergency response planning, contractor coordination, and site-wide initiatives.
- Support alignment between office and critical infrastructure operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of facilities, operations, project management, real estate, or related experience.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams, contractors, and vendors.
Nice to have
- Experience working alongside data center, industrial, or critical infrastructure operations.
- Experience with business continuity, emergency management, incident command, or crisis response programs.
- Knowledge of OSHA and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Professional certifications such as CFM, FMP, PMP, IFMA, or similar.
