Responsibilities

  • Application Administration & Configuration Administer and maintain core enterprise applications, ensuring performance, reliability, and alignment with business processes.
  • Support system upgrades, patching activities, enhancements, and feature rollouts.
  • Collaborate with business owners to understand functional needs and translate them into application configurations.
  • Support & Troubleshooting Provide Tier 2/3 support for Teamcenter, Infor CPQ, Therefore Cloud, and other business systems.
  • Lead the investigation and resolution of complex application issues, working across technical teams as needed.
  • Troubleshoot integration failures, data inconsistencies, or workflow disruptions, and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, FAQs, and job aids.
  • Integration & Data Support Monitor and support integrations between systems (e.g., PLM ↔ ERP, CPQ ↔ CRM, DMS ↔ PLM).
  • Analyze data flow issues, validate system mappings, and assist in integration configuration.
  • Work with developers or integration partners on API-based workflows, ETL processes, and automated data exchanges.

Requirements

  • Experience 3-5+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise business applications (PLM, CPQ, ERP, CRM, MES, or related systems).

Skills

  • Intermediate understanding of system integrations, APIs, ETL flows, or middleware.
  • Familiarity with JSON/XML, REST APIs, CSV import/export, and related data formats.
  • Comfortable working with logs, monitoring tools, and admin consoles.
  • Knowledge of IT change management (ITIL) practices.
  • Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Clear communication skills for working with end users and technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Solid documentation skills and a disciplined approach to process.
  • Business-facing mindset with the ability to translate requirements into system actions.
