About the role
- You will act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring delivery of scalable, data-driven, and high-impact product capabilities.
- This role requires a strong balance of business understanding (retail/wholesale) and technical fluency (data, APIs, integrations, AI-enabled workflows).
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog for Sourcing & Demand, ensuring alignment with product strategy and business priorities
- Lead Agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to understand business needs and translate them into scalable product solutions
- Drive cross-functional alignment and manage dependencies across multiple systems and teams
- Support integrations with ERP, WMS, OMS, Finance, and external partner systems
- As a Product Owner, you will own and drive the evolution of our Wholesale Sourcing & Demand system, covering forecasting, demand planning, order lifecycle, and supply chain alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Knowledge & Experience
- 5+ years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in enterprise software
- Hands‑on experience in wholesale systems, sales forecasting, demand planning, or supply chain
- Familiarity with ERP, EDI, and OMS integration workflows
Nice to have
- Proficiency with SQL and relational databases (Oracle preferred)
