Responsibilities
- Partner with physicians to ensure equipment, instruments, implants, and supplies are available and ready for each procedure.
- Support daily workflow, staffing coordination, and efficient patient throughput.
- Support operational goals, including productivity, supply utilization, and resource stewardship.
- Collaborate with leadership to address patient safety, risk management, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
