About the role

  • The role is a key member of the Data Analytics and Insights Quality Assurance delivery team and works closely with B2B peer teams across the organization.
  • The Quality Assurance team operates in a highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications and system integrations.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and performance-related testing to validate software quality.
  • Analyze test outcomes, identify defects, document findings clearly, and work with development teams to support timely root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Maintain accurate test documentation, defect logs, traceability records, and quality metrics to support reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, business analysts, product owners, and technical leads throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Support technical assessments of tools, programming languages, frameworks, and systems as they relate to software quality and testing effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of related work experience i n software quality assurance, software testing, or quality engineering roles.
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies, quality assurance processes, and defect management practices.
  • Experience with test automation tools, test management platforms, defect tracking systems, and version control tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into build and release workflows.
  • Familiarity with API testing, database validation, and performance or load testing tools.
  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or other iterative software development environments.
  • Knowledge of regulated, high-availability, or data-intensive software environments.
  • Exposure to scientific, engineering, or computation-focused systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience

Compensation

  • The hiring range for this position in FL is $111,900.00-$150,000.00 per year.
