Responsibilities

  • Empower our Members to build stronger, smarter businesses through financial clarity, strategic partnership, and operational excellence.
  • As a Staff Accountant on our Member Services team, you'll work closely with a team of accountants to support a diverse set of Member businesses across multiple industries.
  • What We'll Achieve Maintain accurate, timely, and complete financial records for assigned Member accounts, ensuring all month-end close activities are completed on schedule.
  • Support general accounting activities across accounts payable, accounts receivable, sales tax filings, and related operational accounting areas.
  • Core Responsibilities (Functional Duties) Import, categorize, and maintain transactional data for assigned Member accounts.
  • Organize and update financial records to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • You have 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when explaining financial information.
  • CPA is not required.
  • Who You Are You have 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
