About the role
- Provides direction and guidance to Sales Outfitters in firearm safe handling, safety, operations, and customer experience standards within the firearms department
- Provides daily direction to the associates within the department.
- Insures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
Responsibilities
- Prepares to-do / Task lists. Executes all merchandising directives i.e. "Top 25 list", "Extreme Savings" items, etc. & maintain all plan-o-grams as set by the Corporate Office.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Nice to have
- Supervisor experience a plus
Skills
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, and percentages
- Occasionally operate machinery and/or power tools
