Requirements

  • Professional full-time experience in legal, regulatory, student conduct, federal/state compliance, human resources, EEO/ADA discrimination, Title IX compliance, or other related experience.
  • Experience operating a personal computer and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook) and video conferencing software (Zoom, teams, etc.)
  • Assists with writing and compiling state and federal required reports.

Nice to have

  • JD or Master's degree from an accredited institution in Public Administration, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Political Science, Legal Studies, or Human Resources.
  • Experience as an EEO Investigator, Title IX Investigator, Compliance Counsel, or other similar experience.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and approach challenges with creativity
  • Demonstrated track record of reliability, meeting goals, and holding oneself accountable
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working effectively across teams
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to diffuse and respond professionally to stressful situations and difficult people.
  • Ability to think critically and make unbiased, clear, well-reasoned and timely decisions.

Compensation

  • Pay Grade: 19 - Salary
