Responsibilities
- Operate and manage complex packaging machinery, ensuring efficient operation and minimal downtime.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of equipment issues, coordinating with maintenance teams as necessary.
- Optimize machinery settings to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.
- Lead team efforts to achieve production goals, ensuring all members are aligned and informed.
- Maintain comprehensive records of machine performance, maintenance activities, and production metrics.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all departmental and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate data entry for time keeping, job costing, and MRP job tracking.
- Willingness to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Requirements
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
- Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
- Frequently required to move inside the facility
- Ability to distinguish colors
- Experience in a production related environment
