About the role

Senior Quality Specialist at Syntronic Production Services Canada (SPO) a professional responsible for ensuring that products meet certain thresholds of acceptability.

Quality Assurance Processes: Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and standards for electronic products.
Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and determine the root causes of defects or failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of quality standards, test results, inspection processes, Nonconforming materials and corrective actions.
Collaboration: Work closely with production, and engineering teams to develop and refine product specifications and manufacturing processes.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and standards for electronic products.

Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of quality standards, test results, inspection processes, Nonconforming materials and corrective actions.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering within the electronics manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with IPC A 610/ J STD 001 standards
Ability to meticulously review and analyze products, components, and processes to identify any deviations or defects.
Proficiency in identifying issues, determining root causes, and implementing effective corrective actions.
In-depth knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes, materials, and industry standards.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies, data and statistical analysis, and quality control software.MS Excel

Preferred -Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field..
