  • Position Overview The Manager, Transportation Sourcing and Performance is responsible for overseeing both long-term and short-term transportation capacity needs, ensuring compliance with the transportation budget.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Global Logistics Services to procure rates and capacity that support NAOU's long-term and short-term transportation needs.
  • Manage daily tactical relationships with carriers, establish regular meeting routines, and provide necessary support to facilitate their success.
  • Lead quarterly operational reviews with top strategic carriers.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to identify opportunities for financial and performance improvements and implement necessary actions.
  • Perform market benchmarking to support sourcing and business initiatives for sales, finance, supply planning, NPSG, and other teams.
  • Their duties encompass carrier management, capacity procurement, analytical support, and management of forecasts and awards.

Requirements

  • College degree is required, with a preference for Supply Chain or Logistics.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs.
  • Accordingly, all applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require The Coca-Cola Company's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.
