Nice to have
- Drive projects through established stage gate processes, ensuring all required documentation, approvals, and PMO artifacts are completed on time and in alignment with CBO standards
- 3-5 years of project management experience, with demonstrated success managing large-scale, complex, or simultaneous projects in a corporate or global environment
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects or multiple projects simultaneously, with strong resource planning, coordination, and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to present project status clearly to senior leadership and direct stakeholder contact
- Experience working in a matrixed or global organization preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required
- PMP or CAPM certification preferred
- Familiarity with cybersecurity or large-scale technology initiatives is a plus
Compensation
