About the role

  • The Co-Foreman coordinates tasks and assignments based on work priority, schedules, objectives, and workforce availability.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required
  • Strong communication skills, ability to motivate, and be a team player
  • Experience leading crews or small teams required
  • Previous experience working in the construction or home services industry and/or trade work or general labor required
  • Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver's license
  • Basic construction or mechanical knowledge
  • Enters crawl spaces and other confined areas
  • Working Conditions
  • The position lifts heavy objects and/or up to 50 lbs., walks and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor.

  • The position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand and arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination. It also requires the ability to quickly move arms and legs.

Compensation

  • The anticipated salary range is the expected hiring range for this role in South Carolina is $14.95 - $17.59.
