Responsibilities
- You will support decision making in the Wealth Management business and translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Partner with data engineers, product partners and business leaders to identify meaningful opportunities to add value to the business utilizing statistics, advanced analytics and compelling visualizations.
- Continually look for new ways to develop tools and information that help the business to measure and improve its processes and drive value for RBC clients and shareholders.
- Proven ability to present and communicate complex, technical materials in a way that facilitates decision making and drives outcomes to non-technical partners.
- Experience building and using AI/ML models, predictive analytics or statistical modeling to solve business problems.

Requirements

- Ability to prioritize and execute on multiple tasks as well as adjust to changing priorities and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Technical fluency in analytics and reporting tools, experience with statistical programming, and capable of analyzing large data sets using at least one data manipulation language (e.g., R, Python, SQL, SAS and ETC).
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.) or experience in financial services.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, Alteryx or similar tools.
