About the role

  • The Planner, Inventory Deployment plays a pivotal role within the Integrated Business Planning process.
  • This position is responsible for creating an optimized inventory deployment plan for the short-term horizon, ensuring efficient inventory distribution from our breweries to our distribution center (DC) network in a costeffective manner.

Responsibilities

  • Preform analysis to identify and implement best practices for balancing cost-effective shipping strategies with maintaining optimal customer service levels, ensuring both customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies are prioritized.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess real-world constraints and align deployment strategies for the upcoming production cycle.
  • Maintain planning parameters within systems to ensure the creation of viable shipment plans that reflect real-world constraints.
  • Coordinate with brewery operations to create a feasible shipment plan.
  • Mitigate network imbalances by executing rebalancing strategies to maintain optimal distribution.
  • Support the Deployment Planning Manager in advancing continuous improvement initiatives that enhance performance on key metrics

Requirements

  • Support innovation initiatives by providing weekly planning updates and scenario planning as required.
  • Experience with ERP and APS software, as well as business intelligence and analytics tools.

Nice to have

  • APICS certification is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Compensation

  • $69,500.00 - $102,100.00
  • This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
  • Our compensation is based on cost of labor.
  • For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum.
  • We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
