About the role

Responsibilities

  • The Credit Card Administrator manages Loram's global credit card program, including issuance, distribution, suspension, and cancellation of company credit cards.
  • The role also provides accounting support by creating purchase requisitions and processing cash applications within the ERP.

Requirements

  • 1+ year working knowledge of various PC based computer software packages including financial spreadsheets and word processing.
  • Employment Verification: Current and prior relevant employment experience will be verified to confirm the candidate meets the minimum required years of experience for the position.
  • 1+ year of relevant experience and/or training

Skills

  • Knowledge of computers and software with good word processing and excel skills using Microsoft applications.
  • Concur expense reporting experience a plus
  • Great attention to detail
  • Intermediate Excel skills.

Compensation

  • Loram determines compensation based on factors such as skills, competencies, education, and/or experience.
  • Certain positions may be eligible for an annual bonus and paid time off in addition to base compensation.
