Responsibilities
- This position will travel to each track location to support events.
Requirements
- 100% travel required, including weekends.
- Associate degree (A.
- A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and a minimum of two (2) years related nursing experience in critical care of emergency/trauma and/or training.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- This individual must be able to extract, convey and understand accurate information from agreements and related documents.
- Experience with printers, copiers and office equipment.
- Ability to walk around Event facilities, up and down stairs and on uneven surfaces and for long distances
- Ability to stand for entire shift (generally 6-8 hours but could be extended due to the nature of the business)
Skills
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Identify problems when/before they occur and quickly contact the best IMSA representative to rectify the situation.
- Crosstrain with other areas to be able to assist when needed.
- Excellent customer service skills, friendly and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast pace environment.
- Ability to exercise sound judgement and diffuse volatile situations.
