About the role

We are seeking a Supervisor, Lands & Right of Way (ROW) – Projects to join our U.S. Projects team in Texas. This position provides direction, supervision, and technical support for major project development and execution, requiring expertise
- in interpreting land title, rights acquisition, and interpretation of pipeline ROW easements, leases, contracts, and other real property documents.
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor company policies, procedures, and guidelines regarding ROW, permits, and land activities to ensure compliance.
- Develop, implement, and oversee strategies to acquire land, compensate landowners, and obtain land related permits.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or professional land certification.
- 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in the land and ROW industry within complex, multi-jurisdictional project environments.
- Experience in major project development and execution on Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) regulated projects.
- Moderate (~25%) U.S. field travel required.
- Final candidates for this position may be required to undergo a security screening, including a criminal records check.
Nice to have
- 3+ years previous supervisory experience is preferred.
