Responsibilities
- Follows all established policies and procedures and maintain compliance with all lending regulations.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Ability to use discretion, tact, and diplomacy when interacting with applicants, co-workers, partners, and third party entities
- Organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Ability to read and interpret loan documents, agency, investor, and regulatory agency requirements
- This position is responsible for providing support to one or more Mortgage Loan Originators in the form of preparing, disclosing, and collecting documentation for residential mortgages for processing and underwriting.
- This position will also communicate and coordinate loan progress and needs with clients, partners, internal departments, and external third parties as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines
- Ability to travel
- Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 10 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions.

Nice to have
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
- At least one year of mortgage experience
- Individual NMLS Registration required (company sponsored)
- Professional appearance and attitude

- Problem-solving & analytical ability
- Proficiency in word processing and written communication skills with the ability to proofread and edit
