About the role
- You analyze market trends, demand patterns, fleet performance, and operational metrics to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
- You evaluate fleet placement, one-way activity, vehicle transfers, and lifecycle performance to maximize total asset value throughout the vehicle lifecycle
- Analytical Expertise - Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
Responsibilities
- You maintain and continuously refine rolling fleet forecasts, balancing acquisition, utilization, transfer, and defleet decisions across your assigned region
- You collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Purchasing, Operations, and Remarketing teams to align fleet strategy with business objectives and market conditions
- You develop reporting, forecasting models, and strategic recommendations that support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field required.
- Analytical Expertise.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
- Ability to evaluate complex business trade-offs and balance short-term operational needs with long-term profitability objectives
Nice to have
- Relevant experience in fleet planning, operations, logistics, transportation, finance, analytics, or a related field preferred
- Technical Skills - Advanced proficiency in Excel required.
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, or similar analytical tools is a plus
