About the role

  • We are the pCloud group of Idira Platform.
  • Our group's mission is provide shared services to all modern privilege services and provide rotation services and policies management to customers using secure communication while practicing the highest security standards.

Responsibilities

  • Our group developing modern services.
  • Our goal is to build and maintain a scalable, fault-tolerant, high-load, distributed system.
  • You will serve as 4th level support in R&D for pCloud SRS cases being able to reconstruct, debug and fix issues from the field.
  • Leverage your extensive customer support experience to provide feedback to internal teams on how to improve our services
  • Drive customer communication during critical events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science/Technology/Engineering or a related field OR equivalent experience in a technical position
  • 5+ years' experience in Python with the ability to debug code of new features as well as legacy

Compensation

  • The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location.
  • For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below.
  • The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
  • $146,000.00 - $200,000.00/yr
