Responsibilities
- Support department heads in staffing, training, and performance management.
- Lead shift briefings and ensure continuity of operations across all teams.
- Support investigations and implement corrective actions as needed.
Nice to have
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or other relevant languages) preferred
- Certified Correctional Executive (CCE)
- FEMA ICS/NIMS training
- CPR/First Aid certification
- ACA or NCCHC accreditation experience
- Detention center experience
- Has undergone a federal investigation at the level of Tier 2 or higher
- has been granted favorable suitability/eligibility and has not had a break in service for more than 24 months
