  • Our partner is looking for an Associate Director, Global Program Management based in the United States.
  • The position sits at the intersection of science, operations, and business strategy, partnering with cross-functional global teams to drive complex development programs from planning through execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in clinical and drug development within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, or a Master's degree (or higher) with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of global drug development processes, lifecycle management, and cross-functional program execution.
  • Proven experience leading complex, matrixed teams and managing multiple stakeholders in a global environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project planning, risk management, milestone tracking, and governance processes.
  • Ability to transform detailed scientific and technical information into strategic business insights and executive presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and project management tools.

Compensation

  • Competitive annual base salary ranging from $148,900 to $198,900, depending on experience, skills, and location.
