About the role
- Land Entitlement Project Manager in our Raleigh, NC market!
- This position will supervise and coordinate tasks and schedules between the internal engineering team and outside engineering firms to ensure that projects are ready for development on schedule.
- Feeds schedules into LPP's (land position profiles) that coincide with cashflows from estimating.
Responsibilities
- Develops schedules for entitlement process on new projects under consideration.
- Tracks and drives current entitlements to ensure that they stay on schedule.

- Education and/or Experience: Experience in land development and the entitlement process including subdivision plans, grading, utilities, rezoning approvals, permitting processes and requirements for subdivision projects.
