About the role
- PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES: Assures the availability of parts in a cost-effective manner.
- Inputs fleet information into the computerized fleet management system daily.
- May act as a point of contact with vendors to order, receive and ensure payment for goods and services.
Responsibilities
- The Maintenance Clerk provides administrative support to the maintenance function.
- Maintains fleet records on inventory levels, preventive maintenance schedules, and corrective maintenance performed on all units.
- Supports the Fleet Manager with analysis of fleet operations reports.
- By combining local operational management with standardized business practices, we drive greater operating efficiencies across the company while maintaining day-to-day operational decisions at the local level, closest to the customer.

Requirements
- Related experience in a maintenance / trucking industry.
- 1 year of general office experience or equivalent training.
- The actual range will depend on the locality in which you are hired.
- MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 1 year of general office experience or equivalent training.
- The pay range for this position is $18.85 to $25.90* which reflects the minimum wage in multiple jurisdictions.
