Responsibilities
- and perform AM (autonomous maintenance) / PM (planned maintenance) work on equipment
- Team members will be responsible to assure quality products are being produced and will utilize various tools, testing and auditing systems to document that the product meets or exceeds the quality standards established in the point of use document.
- This role also requires employees to build technical capability to clean, inspect and lubricate; identify/fix abnormalities; and perform AM (autonomous maintenance) / PM (planned maintenance) work on equipment; as well as setting centerlines.
Requirements
- Employees be available to and willing to work all shifts including nights and afternoons and continental shifts as required.
- Material Handling experience with previous lift truck certification
- Employees must be able to demonstrate ability to complete the essential functions of the job and tolerate the ergonomic stressors of the job.

Skills
- Proven ability to undertake tasks of substantial variety or complexity
- Demonstrated strength in problem solving and troubleshooting
- Demonstrate basic math and measurement skills
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexibility to work within teams and independently with minimal supervision to meet operational goals
- Proficient in the use and application of MS Office Suite Products (Outlook - Calendar and Email; Word, Excel)
- Must be process oriented and demonstrate critical thinking skills
- 1-3 years' experience in Manufacturing
- Experience within a Lean Manufacturing Environment
- Demonstrated ability in problem solving and troubleshooting
- GMP experience an asset
Compensation
- The expected base salary range for this position is between 27.01 CAD - 27.01 CAD.
