About the role

Objective: Harper General Contractors seeks a dynamic Regional Superintendent to provide leadership to our Northern Coastal Region of SC and the Southern Coastal Region of NC.
The position will offer extremely competitive pay based on skillset.
Within the region, this position has primary responsibility for all field operations including safety, quality, production, personnel, and equipment; with these duties carried out through effective management of our project Superintendents.

To build up our communities, our clients, and each other by building trust in everything we do.
The Regional Superintendent promotes the company mission statement by acting as the next level support channel for Project Superintendents assigned to the Region.

Experience with Harper GC may be a plus.
Office experience with Microsoft office (Excel, word, project & Outlook) and Procore preferred.
