About the role
- We're looking for a visionary leader to join us as SVP, AI-Native Experience & Commerce Practice, responsible for defining the future of our Experience & Commerce capabilities across the Americas.
Responsibilities
- Create standards of excellence across engineering, business analysis, consulting, and client delivery disciplines.
- Partner with executive leadership to drive organizational transformation toward AI-native ways of working.
- Lead the transformation of our Experience & Commerce teams into AI-native delivery organizations.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience leading digital, technology, commerce, experience, or consulting organizations at scale.
- Strong understanding of modern digital architecture, cloud platforms, enterprise technology ecosystems, and platform-based delivery models.
- Experience leading complex digital experience, commerce, or customer transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of AI's impact on software delivery, digital experiences, platform architecture, and operating models.
- Experience leading large-scale change initiatives and driving adoption of new ways of working across organizations.
Nice to have
- Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus)
