Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering, design, operations, sales, customer success, and implementation teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Build and maintain tooling for restaurant administration, merchant management, order operations, user permissions, and platform integrations.
- Embrace creativity and pursue new ideas to drive progress and improvement.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of product management experience, with experience in B2B, enterprise SaaS, ecommerce, or restaurant technology.
- Excellent communication and prioritization skills, with a track record of shipping high-impact products.
- Experience building platform tools, admin systems, or operational workflows for complex users and organizations.
- Strong analytical skills, including use of product metrics, experimentation, and data-driven prioritization.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience supporting external customers and internal teams through launch, rollout, and adoption.

Compensation
- Salary is $135,000 - $165,000 DOE
Benefits
- All full-time, regular employees and their dependents are eligible for medical, dental, vision and FSA benefits.

- Paid Time Off (PTO): Full-time, regular employees earn 15 days of PTO in the first 12-months of continuous service, and 22 days in subsequent years.
- Eligible part-time employees earn pro-rated PTO.
- Retirement: Effective with your employment start date, you will be eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
