About the role

Execute the daily schedule, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure milestones are hit.
Provide hands-on leadership-stepping in to work alongside the crew when needed.
Enforce strict safety and quality standards; conduct daily safety checks and inspections.

Responsibilities

Coach and develop builders, giving feedback and driving accountability for quality and productivity.
Collaborate with the Director of Factory Operations on labor planning, workflow adjustments, and problem-solving.
Identify issues on the floor and partner with engineering and process teams to drive improvements.
Support onboarding and training of new builders, reinforcing Reframe's culture and standards.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of carpentry and general construction methods.

3-5+ years of construction or manufacturing experience, ideally in residential, modular, or panelized building.
At least 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory role, managing crews on a shop floor or jobsite.
Hands-on leader-able to both direct work and jump in as needed.
Excellent communicator who sets clear expectations and follows through.
Technology-forward: comfortable using tablets and production apps.
High integrity, dependable, and mission-driven.
