Responsibilities
- Flexibility: Remain available to handle emergency maintenance tickets and perform basic project management tasks as needed.

Requirements
- Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings, bid specs, and construction take-offs.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication, strong time management, and excellent attention to detail.
- Tech Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook) with a typing speed of at least 40 WPM for reporting.
