About the role
- The roadmap is yours to define, defend, and ship.
- Hormone optimization - TRT for men, HRT for women - is a category where OpenLoop has both significant scale and meaningful commercial upside.
- The roadmap challenge is balancing clinical rigor (proper labs, eligibility, ongoing monitoring) with the patient experience and operational efficiency that lets the program scale across hundreds of thousands of patients.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy. Define the multi-quarter roadmap for TRT/HRT, including the metrics that matter, the bets we're making, and the sequencing that gets us there. Defend it to the executive team and adjust it as the market and our data demand.
- Make build/buy/partner calls. Decide where we build, where we integrate, and where we partner. Bring data, scenarios, and a recommendation - not just options.
- Lead without authority. Align Clinical, Product, Engineering, Pharmacy, RCM, Implementation, Marketing, and Client Success behind a single program direction.
- Own the program narrative for senior leadership. Run the program review with the C-suite and translate complex operational and clinical dynamics into clear decisions and tradeoffs.
- Own client outcomes for the program. Be the executive escalation point for major client questions and program-level commitments..
- Drive program-level commercial outcomes. Partner with Commercial and Client Success to make sure the program is sellable, expandable, and retainable - not just operational.
- Direct experience in hormone optimization or adjacent longitudinal care models, with ability to build deep fluency, including lab-based eligibility workflows (testosterone panels, estradiol/FSH/LH, hematocrit monitoring), prescribing pathways (injectable, transdermal, pellet, oral), DEA scheduling implications for testosterone, and the clinical monitoring cadence the category demands.
Requirements
- At least 3 years setting strategy and owning a roadmap end-to-end.
- Track record of strategy ownership, not just execution.
