About the role
- Our product portfolio includes a range of automation solutions, including robots, vacuum systems, and atmospheric robots for semiconductor manufacturing ( www.brooks.com ).
- This position requires four days onsite in Chelmsford, MA and one day working remotely.

Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with brokers/carriers to facilitate issue resolution, benchmark services, and promote partnership opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Experience with overseeing fully insured and self-insured plans
Nice to have
- Advanced degree a plus.
Compensation
- Base Salary Range: $148,351.35 USD to $200,710.65 USD
- Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
- This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
- Manage the annual open enrollment process including renewals, Workday system set up, employee education and support, and vendor file feed updates.
