About the role
- We believe that the way people interact with their finances will drastically improve in the next few years.
- We work with thousands of companies like Venmo, SoFi, several of the Fortune 500, and many of the largest banks to make it easy for people to connect their financial accounts to the apps and services they want to use.
Responsibilities
- Building out dashboards, metrics, and success measures that give leadership visibility and enable data-driven decisions
- To support that mission, we seek to build a diverse team of driven individuals who care deeply about making the financial ecosystem more equitable.
Requirements
- 6-11 years in management consulting, investment banking, and/or operating roles (BizOps, Strategy & Ops, Finance)
- Comfort with ambiguity and a high degree of autonomy in prioritizing what matters most
- Ability to build relationships at all levels and drive cross-functional consensus
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI tools and agents to accelerate workflows is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL and Tableau preferred
- Experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth SaaS preferred
