About the role

As a Clinical Supervisor at Recover, you will help oversee the clinical staff of our substance use disorder (SUD) treatment programs.
You will provide supervision to a team of clinicians to ensure that high-quality, evidence-based care is provided to clients at all stages of their recovery journey.
This role requires someone with strong clinical expertise, leadership experience, and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of individuals struggling with addiction.

You will collaborate with other leaders within the organization to maintain program quality, compliance with regulatory standards, and the well-being of both clients and staff.
We partner with governments to improve outcomes for individuals in need of treatment, focusing on ensuring low-income Americans have access to the best care available.
