About the role
- This is an on-site position in Guilford, CT.
Responsibilities
- Tier 1 and tier 2 response to user requests for technical support.
- Document solutions and update knowledge bases for future reference.
- Participate in on-call and after-hours support as necessary
Requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent work experience or relevant certifications may be considered.
- At least 2 years prior IT Helpdesk support experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Cybersecurity experience is a plus.
- This is a full-time, on-site role based out of Hyperfine's office in Guilford, CT.
- Available nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
Nice to have
- Triage, assign, update, or resolve open tickets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues.
- Assist in setting up new user accounts, hardware, and software installations.
- Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff as needed.
- Assist with ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements are met
- HIPAA, SOC2, HITRUST.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- equivalent work experience or relevant certifications may be considered.
Compensation
- This is a non-exempt, hourly position with a pay range of $33.00 - $38.00 per hour.
- Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including skill set, relevant experience, qualifications, location, position level, and other job-related reasons.
