About the role
- Bosch Home Solutions is seeking an Advanced Steel Press Setup Operator.
Responsibilities
- Perform die changeovers and select appropriate materials
- Troubleshoot and resolve setup-related issues or seek technical support as needed
- Report work shortages and perform rework as needed
- Maintains quality standards including first and last part inspection or parts produced against OMS and/or specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement support
Requirements
- Complete all required production paperwork
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Nice to have
- Previous experience using press machines, other machining and manufacturing preferred.
