Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support for the Associate Director, including calendar management, organizing meetings, developing itineraries and agendas, and record-keeping.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift moderately heavy objects.
  • Ability to exert heavy force.
  • Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • ability to organize tasks and prioritize work with minimal supervision.
  • Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Public Health or a related field.
  • Four years of related experience.
  • Preferred Education:
  • Master's Degree in Nutrition, Public Health or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented
