About the role

Our product is a virtual "cloak" that you use as you visit any website — Facebook, Amazon, etc. It
- lets you choose to share all, some, or none of your private information based on your personal preference.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for roles across levels and functions
- Build and manage high-quality pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and outbound strategies
- Partner closely with hiring managers
- Drive candidate quality and experience
- Deliver a high-touch, responsive, and engaging candidate experience
- Manage interview processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and strong signal
- Own offer processes and closing
- Lead offer strategy and execution in partnership with hiring managers and leadership

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally within high-growth or startup environments
- This role requires both strong recruiting fundamentals and the ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.

- Compensation and Benefits
