Responsibilities

  • Build new and nurture existing relationships with Pilot's commercial real estate (CRE) partners to keep Pilot top of mind.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and manage logistics for partner meetings, property visits, and events
  • Position Pilot as a strategic partner and trusted resource for building operators, highlighting Pilot's compelling differentiation within a competitive ISP landscape
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to address partner inquiries promptly, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Proactively gather feedback from partners to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for additional collaboration
  • Assist in creating and managing materials for partner meetings and events
  • Document insights about the competitive landscape, tenant profiles, and demographics within our building portfolio, to inform strategic initiatives
  • Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of partner interactions, building details, and other relevant information in Pilot's CRM
  • Prepare regular reports on relationship-building activities and key performance metrics
  • Continuously evaluate existing processes, systems, and workflows to optimize for efficiency and streamline relationship management

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in relationship management, account management, or a related field, with a preference for commercial real estate
  • Must be willing to work in the field up to 5 days a week as required and comfortable working outside traditional business hours (regular event attendance will be required
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, GSuite, and other standard sales and relationship management tools to effectively track engagement and streamline workflows
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in an environment with minimal direction

Compensation

  • Base salary of 120,000-150,000
