About the role
- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Cisco, Juniper, NVIDIA/Mellanox InfiniBand, routing and switching, and large-scale network architectures.
- The essential functions of this position include:
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot enterprise and data center networks
- Support Cisco and Juniper routing and switching environments
- Perform network configuration, migration, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with server, storage, virtualization, and infrastructure teams
- Provide hands-on support during data center deployments and network implementation activities
- Support VMware networking and integration with enterprise/data center infrastructure
- Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configuration standards

Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of hands-on network engineering experience
- Strong experience with Cisco Enterprise Routing & Switching
- Experience with Juniper networking platforms.
- Deep expertise in BGP, OSPF, MPLS and VXLAN
- Experience with NVIDIA/Mellanox InfiniBand networking.
- Strong understanding of data center and large-scale network architectures
- Working knowledge of VMware networking and virtualization environments
- Must be willing to travel to customer/data center locations as required
- Layer 2/Layer 3 routing and switching
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional infrastructure teams

Compensation
- The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $150,000 and $170,000 annually.
- In addition to the base salary, our compensation structure includes variable pay through commissions based on individual sales performance.
