About the role

He/she works directly with stakeholders and the business top management and executives within the assigned departments.
The Business Intelligence Analyst will have to handle multiple simultaneous complex tasks, and work with the junior team members to prioritize work, and remain functional under pressure, and aggressive timelines.

Write and optimize DAX and M queries for data modelling and report building.
Collaborate with Specialists and other team members to refine data sources, ensure quality, and align KPIs.
Support basic Power Automate workflow maintenance and automation tasks.
Work with large datasets under the guidance of a Specialist or Lead.
Develop and maintain automation tools within the Microsoft landscape (e.g., Power Automate, SharePoint, Power Apps).
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards based on business requirements.

You bring a deep ability to understand and relate to people and navigate through tough situations to harness and multiply collective performance
You have a deep natural curiosity, desire to experiment and ability to effectively deal with the heat of change.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related to Finance / Business Administration
Advanced English.
1+ year of experience in Power BI or related BI tools.
Proficient in Power BI, with working knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and visual customization.
Exposure to Power BI Service and dashboard deployment.
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Experience designing and maintaining automation solutions within the Microsoft landscape (e.g., Power Automate, SharePoint, Power Apps).
Experience working with SQL databases and basic understanding of data pipelines.
Previous experience in Shared Service Center environment.
