About the role

  • Administer hotlines and email communication and responds to customer inquiries and problem solving professionally and effectively.
  • Enter data into appropriate platforms to track customer interactions and results.
  • May conduct quality checks of customer files, data reports, and/or technical service schedules.

Requirements

  • Applicants for this position must be located in Connecticut, Southern Massachusetts, or Rhode Island.
  • however, candidates will be required to attend a limited number of in-person meetings throughout the year.

Skills

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience and written communications experience.
  • 1 year of energy-related experience is preferred.
  • Experience in CRM platforms is helpful, such as Salesforce.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work with multiple programs and deliverables in a collaborative environment.
  • High-speed Internet access and a working location free from distractions and interference during business hours.
  • Ability to speak Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian, or Chinese is helpful but not required.
